Riley Meredith is a tall right-arm fast bowler from the Clarence District Cricket Club, Hobart, who worked his way through the Tasmanian cricket pathway. Riley’s main attributes are his pace and the ability to swing the ball.
Riley made his first class and List A debut for Tasmania in the 2017/18 season, impressing everyone with his extreme pace. Since that time Riley has gone from strength to strength, as one of the stars of Big Bash cricket, whilst also developing his game to debut for Australia in 2021. He was also selected in the IPL auction by the Punjab Kings in 2021 and the Mumbai Indians in 2022 and 2023.
